The State President’s visit to the Orange Coast District will be July 30, July 31, and August 1, culminating with an official dinner at the Huntington Beach Lodge at 6:00 p.m. on August 1, 2009.

NOTICE: Guest Policies

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks

is a Private Organization:

We are required to implement certain policies regarding

guests of members and the public in order to

maintain our status as a “Private Organization”. Our

Lodge is NOT open to the public, except for Bingo,

rentals and “Open” meetings. Lodge members in

good standing are encouraged to invite their non-Elk

family and friends (collectively “Guests”) to Lodge

events. The Lodge desires that all Guests have a good

time and we encourage them to consider membership

in the Elks. The following is a reminder of a

Lodge member’s responsibilities when entering

Guests in our Lodge:

1. All Guests must sign the Lodge Guest Register

with a co-signature by the host member.

2. All Guests must wear a “Guest Badge” (pape

label) in a visible location while in the Lodge.

3. While in the Lodge, members are responsible for

the behavior of their guests.

4. The Guests must also leave when the Lodge

member host leaves the Lodge.

October. If you can't make an assignment, e-mail or call me at 949-690-

7052 so I can get a replacement or cover it myself. In our short time we

have become the envy of other lodges because of our greeter program.
